Hardware Developer – Power Systems & DC Projects

About the role

We are looking for a Hardware Developer to join Bosch’s PS‑DC projects team in Bengaluru. The role focuses on analog and digital circuit design for automotive power electronics, including inverters, DC/DC converters and motor control systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design analog and digital circuits for low‑voltage and high‑voltage automotive systems, such as inverters and DC/DC converters.
• Develop and implement BLDC motor control systems and associated control topologies.
• Create hardware architecture, PCB layout and ensure product‑level mechanical integration.
• Perform board bring‑up, module‑level testing, debugging and validation of hardware designs.

Required profile

• BE / ME / MTech in Electronics with at least 3 years of experience in automotive hardware development.
• Strong expertise in analog and digital circuit design and solid understanding of 48 V automotive systems and ISO testing requirements.
