About the role

The Guest Service Associate is the first point of contact for hotel guests, responsible for delivering professional and courteous service throughout check‑in, stay, and check‑out. The role also includes handling daily reservations, cashier functions, and supporting front‑office operations.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage guest arrivals and departures, ensuring a smooth check‑in/check‑out process.
  • Handle cash transactions and adhere to internal control guidelines.
  • Collect and act on guest preferences to maintain accurate guest profiles.
  • Promote the Le Club Accor loyalty program and enroll guests.
  • Upsell higher‑category rooms to optimize occupancy and rates.
  • Prepare and file shift reports, cash discrepancy logs, and required legal registers.
  • Ensure front‑office equipment is functional and report any issues.
  • Support team communication, attend scheduled training, and assist in creating a positive work environment.

Required profile

  • Professional demeanor with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
  • Willingness to learn and follow hotel policies and procedures.
  • Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends.
