Global Growth Navigator & Business Analytics Lead

About the role

The Global Growth Navigator & Business Analytics Lead will partner with Global Insights, FP&A and Commercial teams to deliver data‑driven performance tracking for retail markets. This role drives the digital transformation agenda, embeds the Growth Navigator framework across top markets, and leads a small analytics team.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Global Insights and FP&A to produce end‑to‑end performance scorecards for key markets.
• Identify and answer business questions using syndicated retail data and consumer panel data.
• Lead the Growth Navigator performance reviews, codifying distribution and POS levers.
• Provide analytical input to the Commercial RGM team for promotion and PPA performance measurement.
• Utilise alternative data sources to fill gaps and enrich reporting.
• Maintain data governance, digital transformation projects and vendor relationships.
• Ensure high‑quality output, timely delivery and continuous improvement based on stakeholder feedback.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail analytics, market performance tracking or similar data‑driven roles.
• Strong partnership skills with cross‑functional teams (insights, finance, commercial).
• Ability to lead a small team and act as the primary point of contact for deliverables.
• Excellent storytelling and communication to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience managing external data vendors and digital transformation initiatives.
