Food & Beverage Service Associate – Marriott Pune

About the role

This position is responsible for the closing operations of the Food & Beverage area at a Marriott hotel in Pune. The associate ensures that all equipment, supplies, and service areas are properly cleaned, stored, and secured at the end of each shift.

Key responsibilities

• Complete closing duties: store reusable goods, break down goods, clean equipment, lock refrigerators, restock items, turn off lights, lock doors, and follow the daily cleaning checklist.
• Set up, stock, and maintain work areas throughout the shift.
• Inspect and maintain the cleanliness and presentation of china, glass, and silver before use.
• Follow all company safety and security policies, report accidents or unsafe conditions, and complete required safety training.
• Maintain a clean and professional uniform and personal appearance.
• Welcome guests, answer telephone calls with proper etiquette, and communicate clearly with team members.
• Support team goals, adhere to quality standards, and perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification required.
