About the role

Join Accor's Food & Beverage team as a Guest Service Assistant (GSA) responsible for delivering high‑quality service in a hotel restaurant environment. You will ensure guests receive a warm welcome, attentive service, and a memorable dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing side duties, setting tables according to standards and procedures.
• Deliver food and beverage services in line with departmental standards.
• Check table setting, cleanliness, and side‑station preparation before operations begin.
• Greet patrons warmly at the door and escort them to their tables.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring correct temperature and presentation.
• Apply HACCP food safety and hygiene precautions throughout service.
• Remember guests' names and preferences to provide personalized service.
• Upsell and promote menu items, cross‑selling other dining venues when needed.
• Thank guests upon departure and clear tables quickly for the stewarding area.
• Collect and verify food and beverage supply requisitions.
• Report any complaints, incidents, or irregularities to management.
• Assist other F&B outlets during peak times or as required.
