About the role

The Food & Beverage Ambassador at Accor is responsible for creating memorable dining experiences for guests. You will work closely with the service team to ensure smooth operations and high guest satisfaction during every service moment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Monitor and supervise the flow of service at the assigned station.
• Brief team members on menu items, preparation standards, and service procedures.
• Record sales, handle guest complaints, and report any issues to supervisors.
• Maintain hygiene standards for food handling and presentation.
