Financial Controller

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Financial Controller to lead day‑to‑day financial operations for our offshore subsidiaries. Reporting directly to the Founder and Chairman, you will ensure robust financial governance across Europe and Southeast Asia while supporting the company’s global growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting, statutory filings and audit coordination for offshore subsidiaries in Europe and Southeast Asia, ensuring compliance with local tax laws and regulations.
• Manage monthly, quarterly and annual closing cycles, prepare cost‑centre reports, variance analysis and budget commentary for business reviews.
• Monitor operating expenses, cash flow, invoicing, vendor reconciliations and inter‑company currency conversions.
• Maintain internal control systems, enforce accounting standards and group policies, and assist with risk mitigation and audit preparedness.
• Collaborate with finance leadership to drive automation, reporting enhancements and process discipline across regions.

Required profile

• 12+ years of financial management experience, preferably in MNCs, Global Capability Centres or large Indian listed companies.
• Proven track record managing offshore entities, international audits and coordination with external accounting firms.
• Strong knowledge of European and Southeast Asian tax regimes and compliance frameworks.
• CA qualification preferred.
• Excellent English communication and documentation skills.
