Walk‑in Interview for Finance Freshers – Senior Process Executive (Bangalore)

About the role

Infosys BPM is conducting a walk‑in interview on 21 May 2026 for fresh graduates with a finance background. The position is Senior Process Executive in the Capital Market domain, covering securities operations, wealth and asset‑management operations, and exposure to financial instruments and markets. The role is based on‑site in Bangalore and requires immediate joining.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer requests while meeting all service level agreements (TAT, productivity, quality).
• Perform qualitative and quantitative research and root‑cause analysis to drive process improvements.
• Interpret financial statements and apply finance and accounting principles.
• Participate actively in team‑building activities and collaborate on ideas for process enhancement.
• Adapt quickly to new technologies and changing business needs.
• Work five days a week from the office, with flexibility to cover any shift.

Required profile

• Fresh graduates: BCom/BBA (2022‑2023) or MBA/MCom Finance (2024‑2025).
• Must possess original marksheets and degree certificates; candidates awaiting final results are not eligible.
• Immediate joiners only; willingness to work any shift.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
