HNI Dealer – Client Advisory & Market Strategy

About the role

The HNI Dealer will provide market insights, technical and fundamental stock analysis, and derivative strategy advice to high‑net‑worth (HNI) and ultra‑high‑net‑worth (UHNI) clients. The role focuses on expanding trading and delivery market share while generating brokerage revenue through tailored investment ideas.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse technical and fundamental stock market reports and convey insights to HNI/UHNI clients.
• Develop and communicate derivative strategies to support client trading decisions.
• Increase market share by delivering advisory calls and personalized trading recommendations.
• Generate direct brokerage revenue by proposing stock and trading ideas aligned with market pulse.
• Conduct regular meetings with active clients and convert dormant accounts into active relationships.
• Visit regional HNI clients, organize seminars and events.
• Cross‑sell third‑party products such as mutual funds, PMS, and structured products.
• Acquire new HNI/UHNI clients through referrals and market networking.
• Prepare and submit periodic MIS reports as required by the reporting head.
• Ensure revenue generation complies with internal policies and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in banking or broking, managing AUM for HNI clients.
• Strong communication abilities and a collaborative team mindset.
