Finance Manager – India Operations Finance

About the role

Amazon is looking for a senior finance professional to partner with its fast‑growing India Operations network. The Finance Manager will own financial planning, forecasting and reporting while driving cost‑optimization initiatives across supply chain and procurement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain weekly and monthly financial planning, forecasting, and reporting models.
• Partner with operations, supply chain and procurement teams to identify and execute cost‑out initiatives that improve free cash flow.
• Collaborate with corporate and local accounting teams to ensure consistent global financial recording.
• Provide timely analysis and insights to support strategic decisions and network design optimization.
• Lead vendor negotiations to achieve year‑over‑year cost reductions.

Required profile

• 7+ years of finance partnering or related analytical experience.
• Background in e‑commerce, supply chain, logistics or FMCG preferred.
• CA or MBA qualification.
• Proven ability to manage finances of a high‑growth business and influence multiple stakeholders.
