Finance Manager, FinOps Business Partnership

About the role

The Finance Operations Business Partnership (BP) team is looking for a Finance Manager to join the Middle East Retail BP team. You will drive procure‑to‑pay and order‑to‑cash performance while ensuring compliance with evolving e‑invoicing and tax regulations across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and track key performance indicators, operational, business and compliance readiness metrics, and service level agreements.
• Consolidate stakeholder inputs, challenge assumptions, and assess regulatory compliance impacts.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with Finance Operations, Service Centers, Tax, Legal and Retail teams.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve cash flow, margin and productivity related to vendor payments and receivables.
• Resolve critical vendor, process, regulatory and system escalations, ensuring root‑cause analysis and timely resolution.
• Monitor and assess evolving tax and e‑invoicing regulations, driving timely implementation and statutory deadline compliance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in finance operations, preferably within a retail environment.
• Strong analytical and complex problem‑solving abilities.
• Knowledge of procure‑to‑pay, order‑to‑cash processes and e‑invoicing tax regulations.
• Ability to work with multiple high‑visibility priorities in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment.
