Field Sales & Lead Generation Specialist (AI Coaching App)

About the role

ISIDORE is seeking energetic field sales and business development professionals to drive qualified lead generation and partnership building for its AI‑powered communication and leadership coaching app. You will act as the front‑line ambassador, introducing the solution to students, professionals, executives and international profiles.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and contact qualified prospects through LinkedIn outreach and other channels.
• Generate business meetings, opportunities and qualified leads.
• Develop and nurture strategic partnerships to accelerate sales growth.
• Present the AI‑driven communication and leadership solution to potential clients.
• Provide market insights and feedback to inform product development.

Required profile

• Experience as a Field Sales Representative, Business Developer or SDR/Lead Generation Specialist.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with high commercial energy.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Fluent in French; English proficiency is a plus.
• Results‑driven and comfortable with LinkedIn networking.
