About the role
We are seeking a proactive Field Sales Executive to promote Petpooja’s Restaurant Billing Platform and its Value‑Added Services. You will work directly in the market, generating leads, delivering product demos, onboarding new restaurant clients and nurturing long‑term relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calls and referrals.
- Conduct on‑site product demonstrations and guide restaurants through the onboarding process.
- Maintain and expand existing client relationships to achieve repeat business.
- Meet or exceed sales targets for the billing platform and associated VAS.
- Participate in local marketing and promotional activities to increase brand visibility.
- Address client issues promptly to ensure smooth operations and high satisfaction.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B or restaurant services.
- Strong communication, influencing and problem‑solving abilities.
- Customer‑focused and presentable demeanor.
- Own a two‑wheeler with a valid driving licence.
- Access to a laptop for client demonstrations.
