Store Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Store Assistant to join our retail team in Surat. This full‑time, on‑site position involves managing daily store operations, supporting customers, and maintaining an organized shopping environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
• Assist customers, provide product information, and drive sales.
• Manage inventory, replenish stock, and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain store displays and merchandising standards.
• Support staff training and development to uphold service quality.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Proven retail sales experience with a track record of meeting targets.
• Excellent organizational skills for inventory and store upkeep.
• Experience training or developing team members.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast‑paced retail environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; retail or customer‑service certifications are a plus.
