Field Sales Executive – Himayatnagar, Hyderabad

About the role

Rentokil PCI, a leading pest‑control service provider in India, is looking for a proactive Field Sales Executive to drive new business and manage renewals in the Himayatnagar area of Hyderabad. You will work closely with the Branch Manager and cross‑functional teams to achieve sales targets and ensure high‑quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, source and secure short‑term and long‑term pest‑control contracts in the assigned territory.
• Achieve monthly sales KPIs, including new sales productivity, renewals and collections.
• Respond to enquiry calls promptly, convert enquiries into orders, and prepare accurate quotations.
• Maintain regular contact with customers, address complaints, and ensure service quality meets company standards.
• Prepare and update the Monthly Planning Guide (MPG) and ensure data is current in iCABS.
• Schedule service visits in coordination with service planners and ensure all sales are visible in iCABS for execution.
• Submit timely reports, capture correct customer details, and collect appreciation letters where applicable.

Required profile

• Strong orientation towards meeting sales targets and delivering customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multi‑functional team.
• Good communication skills for liaising with customers, operations and back‑office teams.
• Attention to detail in documentation, reporting and data entry.

Required skills

• Proficiency with iCABS sales and planning system.
• Experience using SRA (Service Request Application) for scheduling.
• Familiarity with Service Companion for service execution tracking.
