Field Nurse – Community & Home Care (Hybrid)

About the role

Sevanun Private Limited is seeking Field Nurses to deliver direct patient care in community and home settings while collaborating with remote medical teams. This full‑time, hybrid role combines on‑site visits across Bengaluru with work‑from‑home activities such as telehealth follow‑ups and documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions and record vital signs during field visits.
• Administer basic treatments and medications according to established protocols.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and update patient data on digital health platforms.
• Communicate regularly with physicians, allied health professionals, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Support remote diagnostics and participate in case discussions.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and ensure adherence to safety and infection‑control standards.
• Travel within Bengaluru for scheduled visits and work independently while following organizational guidelines.

Required profile

• Formal nursing qualification (GNM, B.Sc Nursing or equivalent) with valid registration.
• Experience in community health, home care, primary care or similar field‑based nursing settings.
• Ability to conduct thorough patient assessments and administer medications safely.
• Comfort with digital health tools, electronic health records and mobile applications.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with patients, families and multidisciplinary teams.
• Willingness to travel within Bengaluru and work independently.
• Commitment to patient safety, ethical practice and culturally sensitive care.
• Basic proficiency in English and local languages spoken in Bengaluru.
