About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and polite Female Telecaller Executive to join our Sales team in Surat. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and basic computer/Excel knowledge.
Key responsibilities
- Call prospective customers to introduce our products/services and answer their queries.
- Maintain daily call logs, lead updates, and customer follow‑up s accurately in MS Excel.
- Coordinate closely with the sales team to close leads and follow up on potential clients.
- Maintain a professional and positive customer relationship.
Required profile
- Female candidates only.
- Minimum 12th pass education (higher education or graduates preferred).
- 0‑1 year of experience; freshers are welcome.
- Fluency in Hindi, Gujarati and basic English.
- Based in Surat, Gujarat (on‑site).
Required skills
- Basic computer operations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (data entry, tracking, basic formulas).
