Executive N- Materials – Visakhapatnam

About the role

The Executive N‑Materials will support the end‑to‑end material flow for our operations in Visakhapatnam. Reporting to the Materials Manager, you will ensure smooth inwarding, storage, dispatch and continuous improvement of material handling processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage material inwarding and verify receipt against purchase orders.
• Provide production support by ensuring timely availability of required components.
• Oversee finished‑goods dispatch, coordinating with logistics partners.
• Lead a small team, handling day‑to‑day supervision and performance tracking.
• Coordinate contractual manpower and ensure compliance with safety, health and environmental standards.
• Maintain asset care, implement 5S practices and optimise stock levels.
• Drive process improvement initiatives and prepare regular operational reports.
• Handle exceptions and resolve material‑related issues promptly.

Required profile

• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical engineering.
• 1‑3 years of relevant experience in materials, supply chain or production support.
