Executive – Human Resources & Security

About the role

The Executive – Human Resources & Security is responsible for safeguarding plant property, managing security personnel, and ensuring compliance with fire safety and gate operations. This role works closely with internal teams, external service providers, and government agencies to maintain a secure and compliant environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage effective gate control according to the plant manual, securing property and employees.
• Ensure the security service provider supplies adequate staff without shortages.
• Liaise regularly with local government officials, police, and fire & rescue services.
• Create and process agreements, purchase orders, and bills in a timely manner.
• Prepare and submit operational reports promptly.
• Conduct regular health checks, inspections, and audits of fire‑fighting systems.
• Oversee contractor (AMC & security) management for fire‑protection equipment.
• Consolidate and close AMC report observations.
• Organise emergency drills and deliver fire‑fighting training.
• Supervise material gate operations, vehicle movements, and compliance for raw material, finished goods, and packaging.
• Record and track returnable and non‑returnable gate passes.
