Executive Assistant – Strategic Support & Business Coordination

About the role
The Executive Assistant will provide strategic support to senior leadership, handling report writing, presentation creation, dashboard management and data analysis. This role ensures smooth coordination across internal teams and contributes to business planning and decision‑making processes.
Key responsibilities
- Create high‑quality PowerPoint presentations for leadership meetings, client discussions and internal reviews.
- Prepare and maintain reports, business summaries, minutes of meetings, MIS reports and executive‑level documents.
- Manage dashboards, trackers and business data, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
- Draft professional emails and maintain organized documentation.
- Support leadership with task coordination, follow‑ups and project tracking.
- Conduct research, produce analytical summaries and provide data‑driven insights for management reviews.
- Follow organizational SOPs, continuously improve analytical and presentation skills, and stay updated on industry trends.
- Handle additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders.
- Strong analytical, organizational and communication abilities.
- Result‑oriented mindset with high integrity and accountability.
- Adaptable, collaborative and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating impactful presentations.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and dashboard management.
- Competence in Microsoft Word for document preparation and reporting.
