About the role
Career Bloc operates in a fast‑paced, customer‑centric administrative environment in India. As a Junior Back Office Executive you will help keep daily operations running smoothly, support senior staff and manage documentation and data efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Enter and update data accurately in company databases.
- Prepare and organise documents, reports and correspondence.
- Assist team members with routine administrative tasks.
- Handle email communications and respond to incoming inquiries professionally.
- Maintain records of transactions, complaints and correspondences for audit readiness.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality standards.
Required profile
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Willingness to work on‑site with a flexible schedule.
- Two years of relevant work experience or internship in an administrative role.
- Commitment to a two‑year bond with a salary up to 18,000 INR.
