About the role
The company is seeking an Executive Assistant – Admin to support the Managing Director in daily operations and act as the primary liaison between the director and internal or external stakeholders. This role requires strong communication abilities in English, Kannada and Hindi, as well as a pleasant personality and solid administrative skills.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Managing Director with day‑to‑day activities and act as the main point of contact.
- Manage and schedule calendars, arrange and coordinate meetings, and prepare confidential documentation.
- Draft, edit, and send professional correspondence and emails.
- Welcome and attend to corporate clients, handling travel and accommodation arrangements, including ticketing and visa processing for domestic and international trips.
- Organise conference rooms according to plans and oversee facility‑related coordination.
- Track daily bank transactions and support basic financial administration.
Required profile
- Graduation degree in any discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant administrative or executive assistance experience.
- Fluent communication skills in English, Kannada and Hindi.
- Professional demeanor with a pleasant personality.
Required skills
- Good computer operating knowledge.
