P&M Assistant – Asset Management & Reporting

About the role

The P&M Assistant supports the creation, tracking and disposal of major and minor assets across domestic, international and LTSA projects. This role ensures accurate data collection, reporting and coordination with vendors and internal teams to maintain asset integrity and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Create PAR, PDA and EDC records for assets and verify compliance with RTA and PDM status.
• Collect and analyse equipment availability, utilization and breakdown data; prepare daily and monthly reports including RFID vs EIP diesel consumption, HSD consumption, spares stock and O&M cost versus acquisition value.
• Link fuel item codes with asset codes (own, hired, subcontractor, client) and manage approval processes.
• Coordinate installation of IoT devices and fuel level sensors, following up with vendors.
• Identify equipment eligible for disposal, obtain quotations, process sale orders, invoices and ensure removal from EIP records.
• Track delivery of newly procured assets, manage document collection (GIN, MRN), and follow up on RN updates and work‑order expirations.
• Maintain soft copies of approvals and asset documents in the data centre for audit purposes.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple data streams.
• Excellent coordination skills with internal teams and external vendors.
• Familiarity with asset management systems and reporting processes.
