About the role
We are looking for a professional Receptionist to manage front‑desk operations and provide administrative support at our Pune office. The role involves coordinating daily activities, handling documentation for new joiners, and ensuring smooth communication between managers and various outlets.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain attendance records and employee registers.
- Manage and monitor daily tiffin count.
- Conduct daily coordination calls with managers for operational updates.
- Handle new‑joiner documentation and joining formalities.
- Prepare and maintain daily cleaning and task reports.
- Track manager training activities.
- Follow up and collect pending documents from outlets/branches.
- Maintain housekeeping and stationery registers.
- Coordinate front‑desk activities and provide administrative support.
- Execute miscellaneous administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
Required profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Prior experience as a receptionist or admin executive preferred.
- Professional and presentable personality.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong coordination and organizational abilities.
- Ability to multitask and maintain records efficiently.
Required skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Proficiency in Excel.
