Executive Admin (DMA) – Secunderabad

About the role

The Executive Admin (DMA) supports the sales and marketing team by delivering accurate dealer‑level reports, coordinating dealer communications, and ensuring smooth administrative operations across the Secunderabad region.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and share dealer‑level sales reports, credit and debit note workings, and scheme communications as required.
• Provide dealers with sales aids such as shade cards, collaterals, and dealer kits, and support logistics for unit‑level initiatives and new dealer onboarding.
• Assist the sales workforce with gift settlements and coordinate HR lifecycle activities (joining, transfers, separations).
• Identify process‑optimization opportunities to reduce time and cost, and monitor overhead budgets against actual spend.
• Ensure timely vendor payments, monitor open goods receipts and advances, and coordinate quarterly balance confirmations.
• Maintain safety and statutory compliance for offices and warehouses, update statutory portals, and conduct periodic safety drills.

Required profile

• Experience in sales reporting and dealer support.
• Familiarity with vendor payment processing and compliance documentation.
• Ability to coordinate logistics, HR activities, and budget monitoring.
