Enrollment Executive

About the role

The Enrollment Executive supports the Operations team by handling the end‑to‑end processing of complex insurance documents and related information. You will work in a hybrid environment, collaborating with colleagues on‑site at least three days a week while also leveraging remote work flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate production and processing of complex documents and information, including report preparation.
• Maintain a basic understanding of core aspects of relevant insurance and related legislation to support customer awareness.
• Strengthen established relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Adhere to company policies, performance standards, and service level agreements (SLA) and key performance indicators (KPI).
• Contribute to the achievement of the Operations team’s business objectives.

Required profile

• Basic knowledge of insurance fundamentals and related legislative requirements.
• Commitment to follow company policies and meet performance standards.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model with a minimum of three days on‑site.
