E-commerce Account Manager

About the role

HiveMinds is seeking an E‑commerce Account Manager to lead and optimise our clients’ presence on Amazon and other quick‑commerce platforms. The role involves managing digital marketing campaigns, analysing performance data and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to drive sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute Amazon marketing strategies for diverse client portfolios.
• Manage quick‑commerce online marketing sales initiatives and monitor campaign performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams (creative, analytics, operations) to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets.
• Analyse sales data, generate insights and recommend optimisation actions.
• Maintain detailed account records and ensure multi‑tasking across multiple client projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a digital marketing role, including at least 2 years focused on Amazon marketing services.
• Highly detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic and comfort working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working with cross‑functional teams.
• Blend of analytical thinking and creative problem‑solving.
