Social Media & Content Creator

About the role

Healthkart is seeking a creative Social Media & Content specialist to own its Instagram channel and broader digital storytelling. You will design, produce and publish reels, carousels, videos and memes that resonate with fitness‑focused audiences, drive engagement and help grow the brand’s community.

Key responsibilities

• Produce short‑form video, carousel and meme content for Instagram and other platforms.
• Write compelling captions that spark conversation and encourage action.
• Monitor trends, algorithm updates and audience insights to keep the channel fresh.
• Develop and brief influencers with clear, on‑brand creative directions.
• Collaborate with influencers to create scroll‑stopping deliverables.
• Design and execute campaigns that generate buzz and drive engagement.
• Maintain community interaction by responding to comments and messages.
• Analyze performance metrics and refine content strategy based on data.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in content creation or social‑media management for a D2C brand or agency.
• Strong storytelling ability with a flair for witty, on‑trend communication.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and experimenting with new formats.
• Passion for fitness, wellness and health is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and collaborate across teams.
• Excellent written communication skills.
