Duty Manager – Hotel Operations

About the role

Accor is looking for a motivated Duty Manager to oversee daily hotel operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will lead front‑office staff, coordinate with other departments, and maintain the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise staff during assigned shifts, providing guidance and motivation.
• Oversee Front Office activities, ensuring smooth check‑in/check‑out and guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with other departments to guarantee timely service delivery.
• Conduct daily hotel rounds and inspections to monitor cleanliness, maintenance, and service standards.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.
• Monitor health and safety compliance with local regulations.
• Respond to emergency situations and resolve them efficiently.
• Support training, coaching, and mentoring of junior staff.
• Prepare and submit daily operation reports, incident logs, and staff performance summaries.

Required profile

• Degree in Hotel Management.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant hospitality experience.
• Strong proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Required skills

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint.
