About the role
The Duty Manager – Guest Relations oversees all guest‑relations activities during assigned shifts at Adani Airports. The role ensures seamless service delivery, monitors staff performance, resolves guest issues in real time, and guarantees compliance with all operational procedures.
Key responsibilities
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with key clients, government officials and media representatives through regular communication.
- Ensure all guest‑relations staff adhere to company policies, safety regulations and privacy laws.
- Prepare, submit and store all required permits and statutory clearances, coordinating with internal departments and external agencies.
- Supervise daily passenger‑service operations, delivering exceptional experiences for all guests, especially VIPs and VVIPs.
- Monitor service quality, enforce standards and address any non‑compliance promptly.
- Manage crisis situations, addressing issues professionally and maintaining service continuity.
Required profile
- Proven experience in guest‑relations, airport or hospitality operations.
- Strong ability to lead and monitor staff performance during shift hours.
- Familiarity with safety regulations, privacy laws and statutory clearance processes.
- Excellent communication skills for interaction with clients, officials and media.
