Dispatch Coordinator

About the role

Eat Better is seeking a proactive Dispatch Coordinator to manage high‑volume order dispatches for quick‑commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, and Zepto. The role demands fast‑paced coordination, zero‑error dispatch, and seamless interaction with delivery partners.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end dispatch operations for multiple quick‑commerce platforms.
• Ensure orders are picked, packed, and dispatched within defined SLA/TAT.
• Coordinate with delivery partners, riders, and 3PL logistics teams to guarantee smooth dispatch.
• Monitor real‑time order status, resolve delays or escalations promptly.
• Maintain dispatch records, MIS reports, and daily logs.
• Work with warehouse and inventory teams to confirm stock availability before dispatch.
• Handle Return to Origin (RTO) cases with proper documentation.
• Communicate order discrepancies with platform operations teams.
• Ensure correct labeling, packaging, and documentation for every shipment.
• Track and report daily dispatch performance metrics to management.

Required profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in dispatch operations, preferably in quick‑commerce.
• Strong understanding of last‑mile delivery and order fulfilment.
• Excellent coordination and communication abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends or irregular hours if needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Familiarity with order management tools.
