Director, Technology Risk Management

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Director of Technology Risk Management to lead security regulatory compliance for its India operations. Reporting to the India CISO, you will ensure adherence to RBI and UIDAI mandates while shaping the security governance framework.

Key responsibilities

• Drive and monitor compliance with RBI Master Directions on Cyber Resilience and Digital Payments Security Controls.
• Manage regulatory inspections and annual compliance audits, tracking remediation actions across security domains.
• Oversee information security governance for UIDAI ASA operations, including ICT infrastructure risk assessments and quarterly Board reporting.
• Own and maintain India‑specific security policies and procedures, such as the Cyber Crisis Management Plan.

Required profile

• Passionate about information security and cybersecurity.
• Intellectually curious, analytical, with strong exposure to business and regulatory environments.
• Proven experience in senior security or risk management roles.
