Business Consulting – Solution Architect (10+ yrs) – Hybrid – India

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead the design, migration, and implementation of a cloud‑native Azure SaaS product for supply‑chain demand and supply planning. The role involves close collaboration with product teams, customers, and presales to deliver end‑to‑end solutions across manufacturing and retail domains.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, design and migrate Azure‑based SaaS solutions for supply‑chain planning.
• Conduct business process analysis, write functional specifications, and create reusable templates.
• Build PoCs and demos with presales, and deliver presentations to executive audiences.
• Develop and execute test scripts, ensure data integrity, and support go‑live activities.
• Document procedures, create training material, and transfer knowledge to customer teams.
• Collaborate with Project Managers on planning and reporting.
• Raise and track issues in Jira, and provide post‑implementation support.

Required profile

• 10+ years of solution architecture experience, preferably in supply‑chain or retail SaaS.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong ability to learn new technologies quickly and work independently.
