About the role
Mastercard is seeking a senior leader to drive revenue assurance and business transformation across its Services division. The role partners with sales, finance, controllership and risk teams to identify and mitigate revenue risks while improving operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of the business environment and stakeholder pain‑points.
- Lead a quality and revenue assurance program to establish controls that prevent revenue loss and compliance gaps.
- Use data‑driven analysis to identify process improvements, test hypotheses and roll out optimized workflows.
- Oversee a centralized team that implements quality checks across the order‑to‑cash lifecycle.
- Create and maintain documentation such as SOPs, process flows and user journey maps.
- Manage program and change management activities in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Monitor process KPIs and drive continuous efficiency gains through system enhancements, automation or process redesign.
- Provide people‑management for the execution team as the function grows.
Required profile
- 10‑15 years of experience in revenue operations or business transformation, preferably in B2B services.
- Background in internal process reviews or audits within a services organization.
- Strong analytical mindset with first‑principles problem‑solving ability.
- Chartered Accountant or Management degree.
- Excellent project, stakeholder and communication management skills.
