Research Operations Manager – Quantitative Research

About the role

Mastercard’s Advisors Research Center (ARC) is seeking a Research Operations Manager to lead quantitative research delivery across multiple markets. The role will ensure seamless fieldwork execution, data quality, and preparation of analysis‑ready datasets for the ARC consulting services.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with regional teams to translate research requirements into operational plans.
• Work with the scripting team to verify and test programmed survey links for logic integrity and field readiness.
• Own quantitative fieldwork execution, including sampling design, quota management, timelines, and vendor coordination.
• Monitor fieldwork progress and proactively manage risks related to incidence, quotas, timelines, or data quality.
• Conduct data quality checks during and after fieldwork, resolving sample integrity or response quality issues.
• Prepare survey datasets for analysis through cleaning, validation, and transformation.
• Apply structured QC frameworks, logic checks, and consistency rules to ensure data integrity.
• Identify outliers, inconsistencies, and logic issues in data and troubleshoot with fieldwork and scripting teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing quantitative research workstreams across multiple markets.
• Strong ownership of fieldwork and panel vendor management (sampling, quotas, timelines).
• Analytical judgment to detect patterns, risks, and opportunities within complex datasets.
• Ability to work collaboratively with global research and consulting teams.
