Senior Analyst

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Analyst to lead moderately complex projects within its India operations. The role involves full project accountability, coordination across departments, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and execute project schedules to meet deadlines and milestones.
• Maintain methodology compliance, monitor budgets, and report progress to senior management.
• Communicate regularly with project staff, identify risks, and implement mitigation actions.
• Provide input on new products, processes, and standards to support business goals.
• Lead project teams, resolve moderately difficult problems, and ensure delivery within scope.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3 to 5 years of experience using structured project management methodologies and planning tools.
• Broad knowledge of strategy, planning, and project management processes.
• Familiarity with the payments industry and Mastercard preferred.
