Director, Markets & TMT Leadership (Bangalore)

About the role

EY is seeking a senior Director to lead its Markets, Technology, Media & Telecom (TMT) and Business Development initiatives in Bangalore. The role focuses on driving growth, shaping client strategies, and delivering end‑to‑end solutions across the technology services ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute market‑centric growth strategies for TMT, CBS, and C&I segments.
• Lead business development and brand communication efforts to expand EY’s footprint in India’s core technology sector.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across Assurance, Consulting, Strategy & Transactions, and Tax to deliver integrated client solutions.
• Guide M&A advisory, operational excellence, and risk mitigation initiatives for technology clients.
• Provide thought leadership on emerging trends in IT services, BPM, software, and SaaS.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in India’s technology services market, including IT services, BPM, software and SaaS.
• Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of revenue growth and client relationship management.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing large, multidisciplinary teams.
