About the role

DROPZ is India's first limited‑edition platform that blends fashion, lifestyle and culture through exclusive drops. As a Digital Marketing Executive you will own the end‑to‑end execution of performance and lifecycle campaigns, driving conversion and sell‑out velocity for each product release.

Key responsibilities

  • Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Meta, Google and emerging channels, translating drop goals into audience, budget, bidding, creative and landing‑page strategies.
  • Maintain tracking hygiene – pixel events, UTMs, naming conventions and link validation – to ensure clean measurement.
  • Develop a repeatable drop‑marketing workflow with pre‑launch checklists, post‑launch retrospectives and documented learnings.
  • Coordinate creative briefs with design and content teams, ensuring assets meet platform specifications.
  • Partner with product and web teams to keep landing pages conversion‑ready, aligning ad promises with on‑page experience.
  • Monitor daily pacing against budgets and drop calendars, making data‑driven optimisations across audiences, placements, creatives and bids.
  • Produce weekly performance reports covering spend, ROAS, CTR, CVR, CPA and drop‑level outcomes, turning data into actionable insights.
  • Run structured experiments on creatives, audiences, offers and landing‑page variants, iterating quickly based on evidence.
  • Execute and refine email and SMS flows around drop moments, handling segmentation, scheduling and link tracking.
  • Stay up‑to‑date with platform policies, tracking changes and new ad formats, proactively mitigating risks.

Required profile

  • 12 to 24 months of hands‑on experience in digital or performance marketing.
  • Ability to work autonomously, make data‑driven decisions and take ownership of end‑to‑end campaign execution.
  • Strong attention to detail and a bias for rapid iteration and continuous improvement.
