Digital Business Marketing Apprenticeship

About the role

The Digital Business Marketing Apprenticeship at Google Operations Center is a 12‑month hybrid program designed for recent university graduates who want to launch a career in digital marketing. Apprentices will work on real‑world advertising projects, collaborate with experienced GOC teams, and receive training from an external partner.

Key responsibilities

• Develop knowledge of digital ad platforms, online campaigns and troubleshooting for ad accounts.
• Partner with internal teams to create product and partnership solutions.
• Support business development by handling leads from new and existing clients and act as an account coordinator.
• Analyze data to derive insights and identify opportunities for clients and agencies.
• Learn emerging advertising products and how users and clients interact with them.
• Apply AI‑based solutions to improve digital advertising productivity.

Required profile

• Completed a university degree (any discipline).
• Indian citizen with Aadhaar linked to an active mobile number and a personal email address.
• Not previously enrolled in any Government Apprenticeship program.
• Willingness to work on‑site at a Google Operations Center office in a hybrid arrangement for the full 12‑month period.
• Commitment to complete the entire apprenticeship program.
