DevOps Engineer – CI/CD Automation

About the role

The DevOps Engineer will work closely with application teams and developers to automate and streamline integration and deployment processes, ensuring smooth CI/CD pipelines across the software lifecycle. The role focuses on building, configuring, and maintaining DevOps toolchains, providing support, and delivering reliable releases.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with application teams and developers to coordinate operations, development and testing functions.
• Design, plan and execute CI/CD pipelines covering planning, coding, building, testing, staging, release, configuration and monitoring.
• Manage IT infrastructure required for supported software code.
• On‑board applications onto DevOps tools and configure them per client requirements.
• Create and manage user access workflows following defined processes.
• Build and customize DevOps tools according to client specifications.
• Develop coding and scripting solutions to integrate releases with operating systems and production infrastructure.
• Leverage automation tools for testing and deployment in a DevOps environment.
• Provide timely support to internal and external customers across multiple platforms.
• Resolve tickets within defined TAT, following escalation procedures when needed.
• Perform root‑cause analysis and troubleshoot critical or repeatable issues.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in DevOps roles.
• Proven ability to work with application teams and developers.
• Experience delivering customer support and meeting ticket resolution targets.
• Strong problem‑solving and root‑cause analysis capabilities.
