Design Coordination Expert

About the role

The Design Coordination Expert will lead multidisciplinary design activities for RCC dam and associated works, ensuring timely review, approval, and implementation of design deliverables in line with project requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate design submissions and reviews related to RCC dam and associated works.
• Ensure effective interface management between design, construction, and client teams.
• Track design deliverables, approvals, and revisions according to the project schedule.
• Identify design conflicts and support timely technical resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and contractual obligations.
• Support technical meetings and maintain proper documentation and reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in design and design coordination of infrastructure projects.
• Experience in dam or hydropower projects preferred.
• Strong understanding of design review processes and construction interfaces.
• Good coordination, analytical, and reporting abilities.
