Deputy Manager – B2B Dealer Banking

About the role

The Deputy Manager – B2B Dealer Banker will lead the acquisition and relationship development of Bajaj Finance Ltd.’s CD dealers across key northern markets. This role focuses on driving growth for a portfolio of loan products while ensuring credit quality and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire new CD dealers and deepen existing relationships for products such as LAP, Flexi‑LAP, term loans, working capital lines, home loans, and business loans.
• Cover the RSM North region, including Delhi NCR, Chandigarh, Ludhiana, Jaipur and Kolkata.
• Deliver the annual operating plan by meeting targets for loan book size, portfolio credit quality, interest spreads and cross‑sell performance.
• Develop and execute annual account plans for each CD dealer.
• Monitor, track and resolve exceptions, deferrals and deviations in dealer performance.
• Manage delinquency portfolios and initiate early recovery actions for overdue customers.

Required profile

• CA or MBA in Finance with 5‑6 years of relevant lending experience in SME/commercial banking or NBFCs.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently in a flat, non‑hierarchical environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of multitasking under pressure.
• High integrity, result‑orientation and problem‑solving approach.
