Cash and Trade Processing Representative (Entry Level)

About the role

This entry‑level position supports the Transaction Services team by handling cash and trade operations. The role focuses on processing a range of financial transactions while ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.

Key responsibilities

• Perform cash management operations including cash handling, check processing, return items and lock‑box activities.
• Provide processing assistance for firm payments, receivables, trade transactions, liquidity flows and wholesale card activity.
• Serve as a subject‑matter expert for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and training initiatives, including onboarding new team members.
• Participate in compliance‑related activities to minimize losses and ensure adherence to laws, regulations and internal policies.
• Assist with cash and trade operational project needs and risk assessment for business decisions.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in cash management processing and transaction services.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong data‑entry abilities.
