Décor Sales Officer – Jaipur

About the role

The Décor Sales Officer will lead the store team in Jaipur to drive home‑decor sales, ensure operational excellence and deliver a delightful customer experience. Reporting directly to store staff, the officer will be responsible for meeting revenue targets and maintaining strong dealer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales through store staff and achieve store‑level GMV and revenue targets.
• Maintain customer index and convert visitors into buyers.
• Generate on‑ground demand and conduct dealer servicing activities.
• Maintain Dealer Health Card, resolve issues with relevant stakeholders, and manage dealer accounts for sales and material follow‑ups.
• Act as single point of contact for order servicing and issue resolution across product lines (Sleek, Bath, UPVC, etc.).
• Execute hygiene standards and ensure store operational excellence.
• Promote effective use of digital tools to enhance customer conversion.
• Lead team training, grooming in coordination with central training, and recruitment.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior salesperson in a home‑decor showroom.
• Ability to manage multiple customers at various stages of the sales cycle.
• Outstanding negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Team player with strong leadership capabilities.
