About the role
The Cluster Sales Manager will lead the sales and acquisition of GPS devices and FASTag solutions across multiple market channels. This role focuses on expanding the company’s footprint in the commercial vehicle ecosystem by building and managing a high‑performing agent network.
Key responsibilities
- Drive GPS device sales through open market channels and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
- Lead FASTag acquisition and activation at toll plazas, transport hubs, and with fleet operators and logistics companies.
- Build, onboard, train and retain a large network of field agents and channel partners, establishing incentive programs to boost performance.
- Monitor daily sales activities, funnel conversion, and activation rates, coordinating with internal teams for inventory, logistics and issue resolution.
- Conduct regular field visits, set clear targets for agents, and coach team members to improve productivity.
- Develop and maintain relationships with toll authorities, transport unions, fleet owners and other stakeholders.
- Track sales data, market trends and competitor activity to inform data‑driven strategies.
Required profile
- Proven experience in sales and FASTag acquisition through agent networks.
- Background in GPS, telematics, fintech or mobility solutions is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large, distributed field teams across multiple locations.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
