Data Assistant – CORE Group Partners Project

About the role

The Data Assistant will support the CORE Group Partners Project (CGPP) by aligning Ministry of Health coverage data with CGPP performance indicators. This role ensures data quality, monitors trends, and provides evidence‑based insights to improve national health outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, validate, and analyze health coverage data against CGPP targets.
• Maintain up‑to‑date program coverage data and key performance indicators.
• Coordinate data activities across projects to ensure consistency and integrity.
• Collaborate with the MEAL Manager to interpret project performance against national immunisation goals.
• Support budget tracking in partnership with Finance and Corporate Services.
• Develop and maintain performance dashboards and data visualisation tools.
• Provide technical assistance on data collection, management, analysis, and reporting to staff and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Relevant tertiary education (e.g., public health, statistics, data science, or related field).
• Experience in health data monitoring, reporting, or programme evaluation.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to identify data gaps and propose improvements.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with ministries, donors, and internal teams.
