Miljøarbeider/Boligmedarbeider 62 % – Night Shift

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated environmental/housing worker to join our night‑shift team at a residential community for people with disabilities. The position is 62 % of a full‑time role and is based at Ole Bullsgate 6.

Key responsibilities

• Provide safe and reliable care for residents during the night.
• Observe and document residents' condition and needs throughout the shift.
• Follow individual care plans and implement prescribed interventions.
• Assist residents with personal care and daily activities as required.

Required profile

• Relevant health‑care or social‑care education (e.g., nursing, occupational therapy, social work) – other related backgrounds are considered.
• Strong Norwegian language skills, both spoken and written, to ensure safe practice.
• Demonstrated competence and reliability; real‑world experience can compensate for formal education.

Required skills

• Good IT proficiency for documentation and communication.
