Junior Home Care Nurse – Full‑time, Bangalore

About the role

We are looking for compassionate Junior Home Care Nurses to provide full‑time, in‑home nursing services to patients in Bangalore. The role involves delivering personalized medical care, medication management, and health monitoring directly at the patient’s residence.

Key responsibilities

• Assess patients’ health status and create individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and specialized nursing procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient observations and report any changes.
• Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare providers to ensure holistic care.
• Respond to medical emergencies and arrange necessary services promptly.
• Travel to assigned patient homes within the designated area.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• 1–2 years of nursing experience, preferably in home‑care or hospital settings.
• Ability to work independently and manage a varied patient caseload.
• Fluent in English and able to communicate in Kannada or Tamil.
• Professional appearance, clean uniform, and adherence to hygiene standards.

Required skills
