Customer Success Associate – Night Shift (Remote)

About the role

Better is rebuilding home finance as an AI‑native platform and is looking for a Customer Success Associate to join its Real Estate Team. This is a night‑shift, work‑from‑home position focused on supporting US‑based customers throughout their home‑buying journey.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as their primary point of contact.
• Understand customers' needs and provide personalized solutions and recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve inquiries quickly and effectively.
• Enter accurate and complete information in the CRM system.
• Deliver empathetic, high‑quality service and ensure customers feel supported.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, real estate or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience in customer service, customer success, telemarketing or account management, preferably with US‑based clients.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and multitasking abilities.
• Fluent American English accent is preferred.
• Willingness to work night shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST).

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Microsoft Office Suite.
