About the role

We are looking for a motivated Telesales Specialist to join our team remotely. You will engage with prospective and existing customers by phone, promoting our secure payment solutions across emerging markets.

Key responsibilities

Contact prospects and existing clients via phone to sell payment solutions.
Provide excellent customer service, identify needs, and address inquiries.
Meet or exceed defined sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Offer product training and support to ensure successful adoption.
Maintain a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

Required profile

Strong customer service and support abilities.
Excellent verbal, listening, and interpersonal communication skills.
Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting targets.
Experience delivering training and guiding customers.
Self‑motivated, results‑driven with solid time‑management skills for remote work.

Required skills

Proficiency with CRM software.
Basic computer applications.
